How to play
- The clock is real. The department keeps running while this tab is closed, and catches up when you return.
- Assess to triage. Open Initial assessment and triage waiting patients. The statistics view compares your decisions against what each presentation would normally attract.
- Watch the board. A patient is only called once a clinician and a physical space are both free.
- Manage the bottlenecks. Staffing, ward beds and department capacity are all yours to adjust from the top bar.
- Try a scenario. Emergency scenarios bring in the kind of patients they describe.
